  Mungyeong citizens have long lived under the towering Saejae mountain pass with the clear Yeonggang River water on the expansive fertile land. We have further developed such a prosperous life. Furthermore, we are determined to foster vital power and live a happier life.

  • We shall develop the God-given natural resources, foster the region-specific industries, achieve both rural and urban developments, and enjoy an abundant life.
  • We shall ensure a clean life environment, prepare a blessed residence comfortable for the person’s wellbeing, create a new native culture from the traditional culture, and live a pleasant life.
  • We shall renew the traditional and beautiful life, and refer to it as a guide, practice the good customs of accountability, mutual aid, and order, and become enlightened citizens.
  • We shall enjoy an opulent, generous life with warm hearts, and bequeath such a beautiful life to our descendants.
